Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment technique aimed at restoring and relaxing the body. Our skilled RMT's at Form and Function can focus their treatment on specific areas or provide you with a relaxing full-body massage. Your massage therapy treatment will take place in a quiet, relaxing room. Please wear appropriate, loose-fitting clothing to allow your practitioner to properly assess the affected area. Please keep in mind that you will only be asked to remove as much clothing as you feel comfortable with.
