Pulse Physio & Performance
Olivia is a RMT with a strong interest in therapeutic, deep tissue and movement-based care that supports both physical and mental wellness. She completed a B.A. in Health Studies with a specialization in Movement and Health in 2020, followed by the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College, where she graduated as valedictorian in 2022. Since graduating, Olivia has gained experience working in a variety of clinical environments with a diverse range of clients. Her approach to care is thoughtful and individualized, combining hands-on therapeutic techniques with an understanding of functional movement to help clients feel more balanced, resilient, and supported in their bodies. Outside of the treatment room, Olivia enjoys weight training and staying active in ways that promote long-term, functional strength. She also values time spent gardening and farming, and believes strongly in a grounded, sustainable approach to health and wellness. Olivia is excited to be joining the team at Pulse and looks forward to working with clients to support their recovery, movement goals, and overall well-being.
