Miranda Ryersee has been a registered massage therapist in good standing with the CMTO since 2013. It is her belief that therapeutic massage is an integral part of achieving holistic wellness. She has treated a wide range of ailments. These include myofascial restrictions, sports injuries, postural imbalances, chronic pain conditions, sprains, strains, tendonitis, muscle spasms, stress and general muscle tension. Miranda customizes each treatment according to each clients needs to yield quick and thorough results. Utilizing a variety of techniques such as swedish massage, joint mobilizations, deep tissue, active and passive release, John F. Barnes myofascial release, prenatal/postpartum, assisted manual stretching (commonly known as PNF) and trigger point therapy. Relaxation Massage A relaxation massage is exactly what the name implies. Uniquely tailored for the purposes of rest and relaxation. This massage technique is not designed for therapeutic effects or chronic pain. Swedish massage techniques are used to soothe away mild discomfort, general muscle tension and improve circulation. The primary purpose will be to help you relax and rejuvenate.
