Massage

Relaxation Massage is a full-body massage that uses Swedish techniques such as long smooth gliding strokes over all the major muscle groups to promote stress relief. This treatment is designed to relax and soothe you, but not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying conditions. This massage calms the body and mind by releasing tension, promoting the flow of lymph and circulation, as well as decreasing stress.
