Body Resolutions Therapeutic Massage

I went to Brenneke School of Massage in 1990. Brenneke was the best massage school in the PNW to gain a working knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and massage techniques. I have since spent over two decades using therapeutic massage to aid in the healing of a plethora of physical (and many times emotional) issues held in the body. I continue to grow in understanding how to assist the body in its healing process. I also carry an on-going an awe of the wondrous essence of the human body. I love my work and Jehovah Willing, I hope to be using my hands (and the wisdom they carry) for many years to come.
These are all modalities I use in almost every massage because the fascia (connective tissue) that envelopes the body (the muscles to the skin) is almost always tight, sticky, and in need of release and movement. Also, there are always "hot spots" attached to muscle fibers on over-worked and under-stretched muscle bellies. Trigger Point Therapy is used to quiet those buggers down and allow for the muscle fibers to contract and lengthen with more ease.
