Progression Muscle, Bone and Joint Clinic

3411 31 Ave, Vernon, BC, V1T 2H6

Colin grew up in Saskatchewan and always had a love for the outdoors, diving headfirst into any activity that came along. This coupled with a passion for fitness and weight lifting meant injuries were sure to follow. As Colin sustained his injuries over the years he understood the benefit of proper treatments. Colin’s passion is learning about the human body and functional anatomy. He finds this helps him to understand the intricacies of injury prevention/rehabilitation, allowing Colin the ability to practice a variety of modalities to treat the client specific request. Graduating from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2023 Colin hopes to merge his passion for fitness with massage therapy to help clients live a pain free, happier and healthier life! In Colin’s spare time he enjoys being outdoors hiking, strength training, and quality time with his family.
