Pardeep earned her Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Worcester, where she gained strong clinical experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation across outpatient and hospital settings. She also completed her Bachelor of Science at Simon Fraser University while working as a Physiotherapy Assistant in Surrey. During her placements in England, she treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including joint and muscle pain, overuse injuries, motor vehicle and work-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and mobility concerns. She is experienced in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and designing exercise programs tailored to each patient’s goals. Pardeep focuses on patient-centred care and works with each patient to reduce pain, improve movement, and build confidence in their abilities. She uses a hands-on treatment approach combined with education and exercise. She is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing her to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. Outside the clinic, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, playing pickleball, soccer, and basketball, and staying active in the gym.
