Hi I’m Bethany! I am a firm believer that massage therapy is key to maintaining physical and emotional balance to promote optimal health. I have a passion for the caring and well-being of others and utilizes my knowledge and abilities to educate while providing client specific care tailored to meet the needs of each individual. My treatment style is rehabilitative, therapeutic massage with experience in deep tissue, sport massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, prenatal massage, chronic tension headaches, facial massage other musculoskeletal traumas. I graduated from the Humber College Massage Therapy program in 2015 and practiced at a busy multidisciplinary clinic for many years. In my spare time I can be found singing, exercising and raising my young family.
