Massage Therapy
This comprehensive session provides full-body care while concentrating on several target areas of concern. When appropriate, the therapist may incorporate tools and techniques to enhance muscle relaxation and therapeutic benefit. Using deep tissue methods, this massage addresses both muscles and underlying connective tissue to alleviate chronic tension, improve range of motion, and support recovery from deeper muscular issues.
Reflexology
This therapeutic treatment applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet that correspond with various systems and organs of the body. Reflexology encourages improved circulation, supports the bodys natural healing processes, and promotes overall balance. During the session, clients are comfortably seated in a reclining chair on a jade and tourmaline infrared heating mat, which provides gentle warmth to further enhance relaxation and therapeutic benefit.
