Massage
A session that focuses on loosening tight muscles and fascia adhesions so you can have more movement and less likely of injury. Having a session 3 days before an event after an event is best.
Reflexology
Both feet have reflexology done equal time, 30 min each. If a specific issue is the focus the reflexology is catered to what healing needs to take place. Ear and hand reflexology can be included.
Lymphatic Drainage
Reduce stagnation stuck in the face, neck and scalp with a 15 min "LET" lymphatic enhancement therapy on the face with custom acupressure bulbs and reflexology to drain lymph and allow circulation & blood flow. Neck and shoulder massage the last 10 min. Session can also be the LET therapy only. We can adjust times depending on what you need that day.
