Hi, I’m Dr. Andrea Guidolin (she/her). My journey to becoming a Chiropractor began as a child, after being involved in a motor vehicle accident and receiving treatment first hand. Chiropractic treatment helped me overcome injuries and has been an important part of my health care ever since. My commitment to continuing education and professional development are ways in which I strive to provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care to all patients. I have completed training in Graston Technique, Complete Concussion Management, Functional Range Conditioning, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation, Paediatric Musculoskeletal Care, and I am a Certified Acupuncture Provider, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional dry needling, and contemporary medical acupuncture. I am also an Advanced Practice Provider for the Rapid Access Clinics for Low Back Pain. I have a special interest in women’s health (pregnancy, post-partum, perimenopause, and post-menopause care), injury rehabilitation, concussion management, and chronic pain management. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll find me in a dance studio or doing choreography through PushPULL Dance Company. My love of dance often translates into the exercises and rehabilitation I provide to patients, focusing on full body mobility and strength. My treatment approach includes: manual joint manipulation, Activator instrumented joint manipulation, Graston technique (instrumented soft tissue release), manual soft tissue release, acupuncture/dry needling, functional range conditioning, therapeutic exercise prescription, and nutritional advice.
The initial assessment will consist of a detailed history taking and physical examination. We will then prescribe a plan of management, and if time allows, provide a first treatment.
