RMT, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, PTS My name is Anissa My studies began in 2015 when I became a Certified Reiki Master, I find extreme importance in an active Spirit and balancing ones energy for relaxation purposes and overall wellness. After realizing that not everybody is energetically inclined I decided to familiarize myself with the Body, this is when I enrolled into the Massage and Hydrotherapy program at the Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology in 2017. I continued to expand my knowledge through different workshops and courses such as, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Functional Cupping, Personal Training Specialist, etc. I have completed my education in the Addictions and Mental Health Program at CCHST, to further my understanding of the Mind. With this my goal is to provide clients with an integrative treatment that balances the Mind, Body and Spirit.
