Welcome to Apex Massage Lounge! My name is Monique Frazier and I am the owner of Apex Massage Lounge. I am a graduate of Mason Anthony School of Massage Therapy here in downtown Columbus, Ohio. My specalties are Swedish, Sports + Stretch, and Lymphatic massage. Our goal is to give you superior services that are beneficial for your body. We want to help you reach your highest potential.
Massage
During a classic massage session, a massage oil or cream is applied to the skin with smooth and gentle strokes. The pressure applied depends on the level of relaxation requested by the individual to help release muscle tension and promote other health benefits. This type of massage is perfect for reducing stress and allowing you to enter a tranquil state of relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymphatic drainage massages can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, or other conditions. 40 minute session is for specific locations on the body for lymphatic drainage. There are NO REFUNDS.
