Carly-Rae is a registered massage therapist who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC. She was drawn to massage therapy through a love of yoga. Having completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training she was left with a desire to further her understanding of health science and how to relieve tension and pain within the body. Through her studies she is grateful to have gained the knowledge and skills to help her patients achieve optimum health and live pain free. She utilizes an intuitive and medical approach to treatment , ensuring each patient receives care specific to their unique needs.
