Jaime Medranda

Jaime graduated from York University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy, and later earned his Diploma in Massage Therapy from Trillium College. With a passion for human performance, Jaime integrates manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and education to help clients recover from pain and optimize movement. His goal-oriented approach allows him to effectively address a wide range of conditions - from orthopaedic and sports-related injuries to chronic aches and everyday discomfort. Jaime’s experience includes working with athletes across multiple sports and levels of competition. He currently serves as the Head Athletic Therapist for Okanagan Hockey Ontario, a prep academy for elite-level hockey players. Outside the clinic, Jaime stays active through basketball and weightlifting, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a strong believer in achieving personal wellbeing through both physical and mental health.
