I originally began in massage approx. thirty years ago. I left for awhile but returned this year. Since it had been so very long since I originally went to school I chose to go back again to learn all the new techniques! It has been great fun to come back to it. I specialize in Swedish massage but I incorporate several modalities such as hot stones, hydrotherapy and so on.
Swedish massage uses light to medium pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Your choice of standard oil or customized topical pain relief.
