I originally began in massage approx. thirty years ago. I left for awhile but returned this year. Since it had been so very long since I originally went to school I chose to go back again to learn all the new techniques! It has been great fun to come back to it. I specialize in Swedish massage but I incorporate several modalities such as hot stones, hydrotherapy and so on.
Using gentle to moderate pressure through a variety of strokes, gentle stretches and various tools, we will pamper your feet and ankles to help loosen the tissue and reduce tension. With a relaxing application of hydrating and soothing paraffin wax to combat the dry air. This session will sooth tired, achy feet, supporting relaxation and joint health with the modalities of Swedish and reflexology.
