Austin holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, both from the University of Alberta. His approach is centred on building genuine connections with patients, helping them understand their injuries, and empowering them through movement. Whether returning to meaningful activities or achieving personal goals, Austin creates treatment plans that are both effective and motivating. With a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, Austin integrates exercise-based rehabilitation with hands-on techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience. He also emphasizes injury prevention and pre-habilitation to keep his patients active and confident in their bodies. Outside of the clinic, Austin can be found climbing, snowboarding, hiking, or camping in his old-school van—usually with his dog, Jasper, close by. He loves being outdoors and enjoys all kinds of sports, both as a participant and an enthusiastic fan.
