Welcome! I am a massage therapist practicing in Overland Park, KS. I integrate a number of massage modalities to suit each client's individual needs. These modalities include: relaxation massage (also called Swedish), deep tissue techniques, clinical and medical massage, craniosacral, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, orthopedic massage, hot stone, and Reiki. My undergraduate degree is in Biology from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where I focused on anatomy and physiology. I worked in microbiology in graduate school at KU. I completed my massage therapy training at MTTI/Wellspring in 2011 and have been a practicing massage therapist ever since.
