Dr. Meghan’s passion for health care extends longer than she can remember, beginning through personal experience — growing up with a brother with special needs gave her a deep appreciation for holistic, patient-centered care and the value of supporting the whole person, not just symptoms. Dr. Meghan completed her undergraduate education at Brock University in 2021 and continued to the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she completed her naturopathic training with a special interest in pediatric health, graduating in 2025. With a gentle, evidence-informed approach, Dr. Meghan utilizes her training in and knowledge of naturopathic modalities such as nutrition and lifestyle counseling, acupuncture, botanical medicine, and more, to develop personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of health concerns and support long-term wellness. She believes in empowering and including patients in their health journey and is dedicated to providing thorough and compassionate care to the whole family.
Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment of your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. We will begin creating an individualized treatment plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and other naturopathic therapies.
