Erik has been providing deep tissue Massage Therapy to Kootenay residents for over 20 years. He graduated in 1997 with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and has been a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of BC after successfully completing Board exams in 1998. Erik is passionate about returning his clients to their optimum level of wellness through massage. He brings extensive experience as well as a deep curiosity in continuing education about fascia, muscle and the ways in which the body responds to massage.
The Initial Treatment is a pre-requisite to booking follow-up massages. It includes a Health History interview, exploring what issues you are looking to manage/resolve with massage and an assessment, You will be able to ask questions and express concerns so that together we can formulate a treatment plan that you can make an informed decision on.
