75 min Initial Osteopathic manual therapy assessment + treatment is for first-time clients. The goal is to find the root cause of the discomfort, dysfunction, or pain. With a detailed health history intake, a review of all health systems, and integrative postural, positional, and mobility testing, a specific treatment plan is developed. A specific and individualized treatment with varying approaches that include: cranial, visceral, tissue, musculoskeletal, and energetic techniques. By reviving the health mechanisms, we will facilitate the individual to find the best solution to achieve autoregulation and self-healing.
