Colin Moore graduated from Dalhousie School of Physiotherapy in 1996 and began working at Sports Centre Physiotherapy that summer. In May 1999, he completed a ten month fellowship in sports physiotherapy in London, Ontario. Through continued course work and training he has become a sports physiotherapist holding a Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. His training has allowed him to work as a physiotherapist at many local, national, and international events, including the 1999 and 2003 Canada Winter Games, 2000 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, 2002 World Cup of Synchronized Skating, 2004 World Senior Figure Skating Championships, and Canadian National Soccer team camps in Mexico, Scotland, and Canada. He was the head physiotherapist for the 2009 Canada Summer Games, the UPEI varsity programs from 2003 to 2009, and is the head therapist for the Holland College varsity program. He treats athletes daily and hopes someday to achieve his goal as a physiotherapist at the Olympics.
