A Raindrop Massage, or Raindrop Technique, is a holistic therapy combining aromatherapy, massage, and reflexology, developed by D. Gary Young, using therapeutic essential oils dropped like "raindrops" from above the spine, then gently massaged in with light strokes (feathering) and reflexology to promote spinal alignment, detoxification, relaxation, and overall balance, using oils like oregano, thyme, basil, and peppermint.
