BIO: As a physiotherapist, I take a whole-body approach to recovery. I believe effective treatment goes beyond the area of pain and focuses on identifying the underlying cause to support long-term results. I completed my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science at McGill University. With several years of clinical experience, I have developed a strong interest in treating orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and supporting patients through post-surgical recovery. My approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programs, and patient education to help you return to the activities that matter most to you. I have training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, including assessment and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and related conditions. Outside the clinic, I enjoy swimming and cycling, and I love learning new sports so I can more closely relate to my clients and their experiences. Staying active not only keeps me inspired but also strengthens my understanding of the physical and mental benefits of movement—something I’m passionate about sharing with every patient I work with.
