My name is Jeffrey Bello and I have been a licensed and practicing massage therapist in the Tampa Bay area since 2013. I started Massage Lifestyle with the goal of providing an overall better massage experience to all my clients. Since being licensed I have cultivated my massage techniques and knowledge on general health such as diet and exercise in order to provide this higher quality experience. Upon graduating from Everest University, I started a yearlong Reflexology program at the Foot Whisperer Reflexology Institute in South Tampa. I have also taken education courses in complimentary therapies for PTSD and trauma, scar tissue inflammation, evidence inspired approaches to pelvic and lumbar pain, and introduction to kinesiology taping: orthopedic conditions. Throughout my time as a massage therapist my passion for this field and, helping bring a better quality of life to my clients has grown year over year. It is the most rewarding feeling bringing a client back to a healthy state both physically and mentally. I hope you will join me on this journey of health and wellness.
