_Licensed Physical Therapist_ With over 20 years of pelvic health experience, I am privileged to work alongside women treating conditions that span pre-childbearing, childbearing, post-childbearing, menopausal and post-menopausal stages of life. The complexity of the human body, the personal and private nature of pelvic health conditions, and the need to look at the person as a whole led me to Uprise Pelvic Health! I help you gain clarity on the best plan of care, especially when your search on social media and Google leaves you unsure. Caring for YOU is my inspiration to constantly learn more and expand my knowledge base. You matter to me. I am eager to teach you, provide treatment that will help you meet meaningful goals and set you on a path of self-care. I am a Certified Pregnancy and Post-Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and have trained in the McKenzie Institute of Spine Care and the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I apply conservative approaches of physical therapy including manual therapy, exercise prescription and most importantly, education. I’m a mom of three and an Iowa native, but I’ve lived in Sioux Falls for 27 years. Long walks with my Golden Retriever are my favorite!
