Between long days on the trail, a demanding job, everything that family and work piles onto your shoulders — literally — it’s easy to end up sore, stressed, and running on empty. You don’t need another luxury you can’t justify. You need real relief that actually holds up for the life you’re living. That’s where I come in. I’m Mandy — a licensed massage therapist and cosmetologist with over a decade of experience, trained in Ashiatsu, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports, and custom techniques I’ve developed to bring medical-grade results into a holistic setting. I specialize in shoulder work and sciatic/hip release — the places where stress and a hard-working body tend to settle in first. My skin care is botanically based and results-focused, addressing acne, hormonal breakouts, hyperpigmentation, hydration, and aging gracefully — because looking after your skin should feel like self-care, not another chore. I moved to Bozeman from Ouray, Colorado, where I spent years running my own wellness practice before deciding it was time for fresh mountains to call home. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me in the garden, learning about herbs through the winter, or out on a walk with my mini Aussie, Lena. I live by the seasons — cooking farm-to-table, following Weston A. Price principles, and believing the body works best when in rhythm with the year around it. My work isn’t about escaping your life for an hour, instead it is about giving you what you need to walk back into it —steadier, clearer, and a little more like yourself.
