Nathan first studied Kinesiology at York University before completing his Physiotherapy degree at Brunel University. His background in personal training, love for sports, and passion for the gym have all shaped his approach to helping people move better and feel stronger. In the clinic, he enjoys working with people of all activity levels — whether that means supporting recovery after an injury, improving mobility, or building confidence with exercise. His goal is to make rehab practical, motivating, and tailored to each person’s lifestyle. When he’s not in the clinic, you can usually find him lifting weights, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying good food with friends and family.
