A recent graduate of Gwinnett Colleges Roswell campus, Elaina is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) trained in Swedish and deep tissue techniques, with certification in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). Passionate about helping clients relieve pain and restore balance, Elaina takes a results-driven, personalized approach to care. Currently pursuing certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), she is committed to continuing education and expanding her skillset to better support client wellness and recovery.
Incorporating movement into the massage, muscles will reset and be ready to perform. Movements will be faster to wake up the neuromuscular system, and I will move your body around to increase range of motion. Not just for athletes, this is mainly used to get the whole body more agile and ready for an event.
