A recent graduate of Gwinnett College’s Roswell campus, Elaina is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) trained in Swedish and deep tissue techniques, with certification in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). Passionate about helping clients relieve pain and restore balance, Elaina takes a results-driven, personalized approach to care. Currently pursuing certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), she is committed to continuing education and expanding her skillset to better support client wellness and recovery.
Massage
Incorporating movement into the massage, muscles will reset and be ready to perform. Movements will be faster to wake up the neuromuscular system, and I will move your body around to increase range of motion. Not just for athletes, this is mainly used to get the whole body more agile and ready for an event.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells.
