I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. My approach combines chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue techniques like Active Release Therapy (ART), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and exercise to support movement and recovery. I earned my undergraduate degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy before continuing my education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. With a strong foundation in sports and rehabilitation, I bring both personal and professional experience to my practice. Growing up playing competitive hockey gave me firsthand insight into injury prevention and recovery. During my training, I had the opportunity to work with teams such as UVic Men’s Rugby, Camosun Women’s Basketball, and BC Hockey. I take an inclusive, patient-centered approach to care, helping people develop a deeper awareness of their bodies so they can move with confidence and reach their goals.
