I am fascinated by movement in many forms, and am passionate about helping others to move and feel at home in their bodies. My background in gymnastics, dance and the circus arts, combined with training in massage therapy, kinesiology and education, lays the foundation for my approach to treatment. I am a graduate of the Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences in Nelson, BC, and the University of British Columbia.
