I am a Massage Therapist that is passionate about the maintenance of ones self and believe that massage therapy contributes to a persons overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. I graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2018 and since then have been helping others in their journey of healing and relieving daily stress. I customize my massages to your individual needs but my style combines a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage, I also specialize in deep tissue, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, sports and medical massage as well as including hot stone therapy to my sessions to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues;throughout your body.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
