I focus on pain relief, injury recovery, and post-surgical healing. I am certified in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with 60+ hours of training, to support post-surgical healing and reducing inflammation from chronic conditions. I also have additional training in post-surgical recovery and orthopedic massage. Because I live with TMJ issues, headaches, and hip dysfunction, I am enthusiastic about helping others find relief. As a former caregiver and IT Project Manager, I understand the value of massage and manual therapy for stress, anxiety, grief, and repetitive motion injuries.
The Vodder method of gentle and slow skin-stretching Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) helps reduce inflammation while enhancing the body’s natural healing process. Full-body sessions require 90 minutes, and post-surgical clients should book specialized Post-Surgical MLD sessions.
