Autumn Palmer was born and raised in Regina and has always had a passion for sports, activity, and living an active lifestyle. After graduating in 2021, she continued her education and, in January 2024, shifted her focus to massage therapy. She graduated in July 2025 and is excited to begin her career as a massage therapist. Autumn is dedicated to helping athletes with rehabilitation, maintaining strength, and supporting recovery both before and after surgeries. With a strong interest in working with sports teams and athletes, her long-term goal is to contribute to the larger sports world as a trusted professional and teammate. She is thrilled to be part of Stapleford Health & Rehab Centre, where she has been welcomed by a supportive and friendly community.
