Brent Dauphin is a California Board-licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who graduated from Five Branches University. He completed over 3,200 hours of comprehensive clinical and theoretical training, including onsite training at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. Brent also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego with a neuropsychology emphasis. In 2008, Brent and his wife Megan founded Revive Acupuncture with the goal of helping the Fremont community find optimal health and wellness. Brent Dauphin has worked extensively in pain management, treating injured employees within the workers’ compensation system. Brent holds advanced certifications in sports medicine, dry needling & orthopedics. He specializes in the use of Motor Point Acupuncture and Dry Needling approaches to improve pain and inhibition patterns associated with injuries. In addition to his acupuncture training, Brent is trained and certified in Tuina, a form of Chinese massage often used in conjunction with acupuncture for treating pain. Brent is also trained in the use of class IV hot laser therapy with the K-Laser, which he includes with pain management treatment sessions. Brent often includes herbal medicine in his treatments in various ways. He creates his own topical herbal liniments applied locally to areas of injury to ensure proper healing of both acute and chronic injuries. Brent is an ABORM certified practitioner (Acupuncture Board of Reproductive Medicine), specializing in using Acupuncture and Chinese medicine to improve fertility success. Brent is also a functional medicine practitioner certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine(IFMCP) and is trained to identify and treat the root causes of chronic disease through specialty labs, diet, lifestyle, and key supplements to optimize health. In addition to treating pain management and infertility, Brent enjoys customizing treatment plans for men, focusing on improving strength and vitality. He incorporates support from peptides, key supplements, and hormone balancing for each person to help them reach their goals. Brent places a lot of effort into achieving and maintaining optimal wellness for each patient. For the past several decades, surfing has been a high-level focus for Brent, and he is always looking for proven strategies for staying strong and healthy for himself. He brings this focus on living optimally healthy and strong to each of his patients.
