#310 - 1974 Kane Rd, Kelowna, BC, V1V 3C4

Sophie graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy with Distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2023, after earning a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Since then, she has been working in orthopaedics, gaining valuable knowledge and an understanding of the importance of a holistic approach to care. She uses a combination of techniques – such as exercises, education, and manual therapy to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve their goals – whatever they might be! To continuously expand her evidence-based practice, Sophie has taken courses on persistent pain, rotator cuff related shoulder dysfunction, and low back pain. She is passionate about fostering long-term wellness and helping others develop sustainable habits rather than relying on temporary fixes. Originally from Ontario, Sophie now enjoys exploring the Okanagan in her free time. Her love for outdoor activities, such as hiking and skiing, complements her passion for travel and adventure.
