Ashley Millington-Hogg, RMT, CMAG Ashley graduated with honours from Georgian College in 2014 and is a member in good standing with the CMTO and CCAA. With a career spanning over a decade, she has worked in everything from chiropractic clinics to multidisciplinary rehab centres, treating a wide range of conditions and diverse clientele. Ashley has a strong background in sports massage, having volunteered at various sporting events and worked with athletes ranging from college level to elite professionals and Para Pan Am competitors. These experiences have shaped her ability to identify the root cause of an issue and develop focused treatment goals for every client. In 2024, Ashley completed the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. This has quickly become her favourite tool in her practice. By combining acupuncture and electrical stimulus with traditional massage, she effectively treats muscle strains, range of motion issues, headaches, and chronic tension, and getting to the root of the issue. She also holds certifications in TMJ treatment and cupping therapy. When she isn’t in the clinic, you can usually find Ashley reading or spending quality time with her cats, friends, and family.
