Hi my name is Cynthia, I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 6 years and have a multi-sport/agricultural background. My sport background consists of horseback riding, mixed martial arts, rugby, and swimming. The sports I competed in and my love of helping and teaching others brought me into this career. My practice is movement based and includes the modalities of deep tissue/therapeutic, cupping, myofascial, prenatal, youth, athletic and relaxation massage. The main goals of my sessions are to provide treatment, educate, and demonstrate. Educating and demonstrating how the body functions and what stretches/exercises/self care tools will help achieve your goals, improve range of motion and quality of life. When I am not in the clinic providing treatment you’ll find me out in the gym/pool or out in the mountains hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and riding with my 2 horses.
