Japleen graduated from UBC Okanagan with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. She is committed to helping individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and build long-term confidence in their bodies. With a client-centred and evidence informed approach, she focuses on creating personalized plans that support long-term progress. She’s motivated by helping others and making their journey easier. A one-hour session with a registered Kinesiologist that will assess your fitness and goals. Depending on your needs, this may include Pilates or traditional exercise, or be a combination of both.
