With a client-centred and evidence informed approach, she focuses on creating personalized plans that support long-term progress. She’s motivated by helping others and making their journey easier. Kinesiology Initial Assessment - extended health clients - 60 min

A one-hour session with a registered Kinesiologist that will assess your fitness and goals. Depending on your needs, this may include Pilates or traditional exercise, or be a combination of both.
