I am a LMMT, with 3 years of experience working along side Chiropractors, with a little experience in the spa setting as well. I specialize in care on a spectrum from improved range of motion, increased blood flow, decrease inflammation all the way to injury recovery, sciatica relief( I do not diagnose), post-surgical care, lymphatic drainage, core stones and more to come. When it comes to Massage Therapy I truly believe every body is different, so I try to focus on more personalized treatment plans/techniques to track progress, and to help clients improve each time. Outside of Massage Therapy I enjoy; Photography, Holistic Health, Plants, Nature adventures, Travel, I have a little Pomsky named Layla, and family time.
Massage
A personalized therapeutic massage designed to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and promote recovery. Your therapist may incorporate red light therapy, magnesium cream, essential oil blends, hot stones, hot towels, or cupping based on your body’s needs. Ideal for stress relief, inflammation reduction, chronic pain and tension and deeper relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system and encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid. MLD uses light, precise strokes to help reduce swelling, support immune function, and promote detoxification. It can assist with fluid retention, post-surgical swelling, inflammation, sinus congestion, and general sluggishness in the lymphatic system. The pressure used is very light and relaxing, making this service both therapeutic and deeply calming.
