Manisha is a graduate of the National Academy of Osteopathy (NAO) and now practices as a Manual Osteopath since 2019. Additionally, she graduated from York University and got her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, with a minor in psychology. Manisha diligently participates in a healthy active lifestyle, which has greatly nurtured her skills in providing the best care for her patients. Manisha uses osteopathy as a way of identifying and treating injuries in the muscles, ligaments, fascia, and joints of the body. She believes that because the body is one functional unit, with all systems interconnected, the body has the ability to heal itself and the skilled application of osteopathic techniques can improve this process.
A thorough assessment of the body will be done followed by gentle, hands-on therapy that restores balance, relieves pain, and enhances mobility by addressing the body's structure and function.
