“Medicine and its language can be daunting. It is my goal to simplify, educate and empower you to make informed decisions about your health journey.” As a primary care naturopathic physician in BC, I use evidence-based methods to create sustainable individualized plans to support your health concerns. I help you bridge the gaps in your healthcare. If you work with a fertility doctor, gynecologist, or another healthcare provider, I integrate within your care team and help you achieve better outcomes. The process includes a full assessment. Using your comprehensive health history, appropriate diagnostic/functional medicine testing, and clinical findings, we determine the root cause of your concerns. Together, you establish an integrative plan that works for you. The process is reinforced with strategic monitoring and adjustments as needed, supporting you every step of the way. Clinical focus: Dr. Ashley has a special interest in women’s health, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, and digestive concerns. Education: Dr. Ashley obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry at Simon Fraser University with Cooperative Studies in Research and Development. Following this, she obtained her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Ashley is also accredited as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) (formerly North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Practitioner (NCMP). She holds Prescriptive Authority in British Columbia. She will take time to answer your questions and will determine the course of treatment best suited to your needs. We recommend paying for 2 hours of parking.
