Queen of Needles, The Sultana of Exercise Specificity, All around nicest person you will ever meet Growing up as a volleyball and track athlete, Dr. Katherine has been in and around sports all of her life. Her love of sports and sustaining injuries herself fueled her passion for helping athletes across all levels and ages, whether the goal is to improve strength, speed, injury prevention, or late-stage rehab/getting back onto the court or field. She has just recently joined Dr. Chase and has brought her expertise in rehab and athletic performance through injury prevention and explosive exercise progressions. Her primary focus is working 1-on-1 with athletes to fill the strength holes that ultimately lead to injury and poor performance when it is game day. Dr. Katherine is a Doctor of Chiropractic, has a Masters in Sports Medicine, and is in the process of completing her Prescript Level 1 & obtaining her CSCS certification as well. In her free time, you can find Dr. Katherine spending time with her family and continuing to explore all that Austin has to offer. She is also a competitive CrossFit athlete as well competing in local and larger competitions like BCS Classic & TFX.
