Dr. Claire began her Chiropractic career in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her Masters thesis explored the effects of Chiropractic adjustments on stress and cortisol levels in adults. After travelling the world as personal trainer, health consultant and Chiropractor to various VIP clients, Dr. Claire opened and operated two Chiropractic clinics in Johannesburg for over a decade. She is certified in the Webster technique (ICPA), a safe and effective Chiropractic approach to caring for pregnant women, and is devoted to providing quality care to people from all walks of life and of all ages, from infancy onwards. An avid and curious student, Dr. Claire seeks the bigger picture in health and wellness, keen to understand more about our relationships with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Dr. Claire has studied yoga, acupuncture, auriculotherapy, hypnotherapy, applied kinesiology, breath work and fascia work. She experienced profound personal transformation during her seven years qualifying in Postural Integration and enjoys sharing this work with her clients. With a background in professional dance and choreography, she is a great believer in the arts as a healing modality, and is currently involved with anthroposophy and Waldorf education. Dr. Claire is delighted to assist her patients on their sacred journey to wholeness.
