Meet Prabhjot Kaur Prabhjot Kaur Sandhu is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and manual osteopath with a passion for health and wellness. She has extensive experience in the rehabilitation field along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo. Prabhjot is passionate about educating her patients to improve their well-being and overall health through movement and strengthening techniques. Prabhjot has expertise in several different techniques, including Swedish and deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point techniques, frictioning, joint mobilization, and hydrotherapy. Prabhjot is certified in perinatal massage and also offers acupuncture and cupping as a part of her treatments. In addition to English, she also speaks and understands multiple languages such as Punjabi, Hindi and, Urdu.
