Aletha graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018. Aletha has since worked with a variety of clients including high level athletes, pregnancy, and chronic pain disorders. Her treatment style is often described as intuitive and effective. She incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, and deep tissue to name a few. Aletha is also a trained yoga teacher (200hr) which often influences her homecare. She believes a well-rounded self-care routine is invaluable for maintaining physical and mental wellbeing.
