Julie is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Manual Osteopath. She has a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences, a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from the University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Health Science (Athletic Therapy) degree from Sheridan College. She has extensive clinical experience in musculoskeletal injuries, and has worked with varsity athletes at the University of Toronto Mississauga, St Michael’s College School, and Wilfred Laurier University. She has also had the privilege of working alongside Team Jamaica Women’s U19 Lacrosse team, Team Ontario Lacrosse, and the Mississauga Mountaineers/Tomahawks Jr B Lacrosse teams. As an athletic therapist, Julie focuses on the prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation of injuries using the sports medicine model. More recently, she completed a comprehensive 4-year Osteopathy program which has allowed her to expand her clinical knowledge across many populations with an extensive manual therapy skillset.
