With over six years of practice, she brings valuable experience, including tutoring athletes at UBC and currently guest lecturing at Capilano University on the topic of pelvic health across the lifespan. She is experienced in treating all areas of the body, employing a whole-body approach, with a particular focus on lumbopelvic pain and lower body injuries. Sarah believes in a multidisciplinary, team-based approach for optimal patient recovery and is happy to collaborate with your existing healthcare team or recommend additional resources as needed. In her sessions, patients can expect ample time for questions and progress discussions, hands-on treatment, and practical take-home suggestions for both lifestyle habits and exercises. Driven by a passion for mindful movement, Sarah’s treatment aims to maximize its benefits on her patients’ mental and physical health. She enjoys yoga, pilates, soccer, running, tennis, and skiing, and slowing down her mind while strengthening her arms at the pottery wheel. When booking your initial appointment, it is recommended to schedule two subsequent sessions one to two weeks apart. This ensures you secure your preferred times, as practitioner availability is limited. Please note that appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. An initial appointment is required if this is your first visit or if it has been more than six months since your last session.
