My goal is to help others reconnect with their bodies, their inner voices and peace inside. I love helping people find their inner bliss and magic within. I want to help people let everything go for a bit. I have a background in yoga, Thai Bodywork, Myofascial Release, as well as soothing Swedish massage. I offer massage, bodywork, private meditation and gentle assisted stretch sessions. I am LGBTQ+ welcoming always. All bodies deserve love and joy. My work is rooted in a non-judgmental, trauma informed, Radical Self Love, embodied approach. I believe in the beauty of all people as part of this big, wonderful garden planet that we call Earth.
