I have been practicing massage for over 6 years and possess advanced training in a multitude of disciplines, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, oncology, PNF stretching, lymphatic drainage, myofacial release, hot stone therapy, prenatal, and cupping therapy. I combine all of these techniques with an extensive anatomy and physiology background to create a tailored environment for my clients that encourages self-healing. I bring a warm and calming presence in combination with my professional therapeutic massage skills to leave each and every client feeling relaxed AND invigorated. I love sending my clients home with stretch suggestions to help our work together last a little longer and hopefully help you on your way to recreating new postural patterns.
